The selection of electroplating equipment is of key significance to ensuring the quality of electroplating products and improving production efficiency. 1. The advantages of the circular automatic electroplating line

1. High degree of automation, high efficiency, reduced labor intensity, and few operators;

3. The exposure time is short, the workpiece runs smoothly, and the time per arm is about 20-100s;
4. It is suitable for electroplating light mechanical circular electroplating production line (commonly known as the hanging fish type) with high requirements for coating quality, large batch, single shape, and mature technology. Because of its low price, light weight, easy maintenance, and high output, it is very marketable.

2. Program-controlled gantry electroplating line
1. High degree of automation, high efficiency, reduced labor intensity, and reduced operators;
2. It is suitable for the electroplating of heavier parts and large objects, as well as the electroplating of parts of different shapes and different batches;
3. It is convenient to change the working conditions of the driving, and the electroplating time is controlled flexibly, which is suitable for electroplating of various production processes;
4. The electroplating quality is excellent and stable. It is suitable for processes with thicker plating requirements.

3. Barrel plating automatic line
Barrel plating automatic lines also have two categories: circular mechanical or hydraulic automatic lines and linear gantry automatic lines.
The ring-shaped mechanical type is suitable for high-speed electroplating equipment (plates, wires) and selective electroplating equipment of the bell-shaped drum with automatic tilting and unloading.
With the development of economy and the progress of electronic electroplating, the demand for high-speed electroplating production automatic line and selective electroplating production line has increased. Most of them are undertaken by companies with greater technology and manufacturing capabilities.

4. Peripheral auxiliary equipment of electroplating production line

1. Electroplating power supply:
The electroplating power supply is a very important auxiliary equipment in the electroplating production process. Silicon rectifiers and silicon controlled rectifiers are widely used in China, which are divided into voltage regulators, magnetic saturation reactors, and silicon controlled rectifiers.
Silicon rectifiers and silicon controlled rectifiers for electroplating are both low-voltage and high-current, generally 12V (18V for chrome plating). There are silicon rectifiers with thyristor voltage regulation from 100A to 20000A. They only have good stability when the load is high. Electroplating power supplies with steady current and stable current density are also being popularized and applied.

2. Electroplating solution filtering equipment:
The filter is one of the key equipment related to the quality of electroplating products. Both filter element and filter cloth can be produced and selected, pay attention to the "real" filtration accuracy.
There are still some problems in the production of the filter:
(1) The specifications and high reliability of filter machines used for chrome plating and electroless nickel plating are still to be studied. Special plastics such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and related parts need to be introduced. Chrome-plated filters cannot be made of polypropylene plastics.
(2) High-quality magnetic pumps need to be developed.
(3) The filtering accuracy provided by the factory needs to be confirmed by scientific means. Special filter cloth, filter bag and filter paper have yet to be produced.
(4) The shaft seal material of the centrifugal filter needs to be improved, and the problems of wear resistance and leakage prevention should be solved.
(5) The electroplating process is changing with each passing day, and the auxiliary equipment should also keep up. For example, the special chemical degreasing filter for pretreatment can not only separate the floating oil on the liquid surface, but also absorb the suspended oil droplets. It will greatly improve the quality of electroplating products and improve the quality of the phosphating film.

3. Ultrasonic equipment application
The cavitation effect of ultrasonic can greatly speed up the degreasing and rust removal of pre-treatment, shorten the processing time, and improve the degreasing and rust removal effect.

4. Heating and cooling equipment
Traditional electroplating heating methods mostly use steam or electric heating. Refrigeration units are generally used in summer to ensure that the acidic bright copper and bright tin plating work at standard operating temperatures.
